ABOUT LIT
A Modern-Day Etiquette Program for Ladies 13-18
LIT! Ladies in Training is a modern-day etiquette program serving young ladies between the ages of 13-18. LIT! is committed to helping young ladies develop in personal growth, self-confidence, and social graces. The program is designed to equip young ladies with the skills necessary to feel confident, poised and at ease in any social or business setting. The power of the 3 E’s (Ethics, Empathy and Esteem) is the emphasis of the LIT! curriculum. LIT! will help to mold young ladies into personality enriched and socially successful women of tomorrow.
The Ladies In Training program is designed to be an interactive class where girls will be introduced to a variety of social etiquettes that will increase their confidence, enhance their femininity, and enlighten them on social graces as they grow into empowered womanhood.

MEET THE TEAM
MICHELLE SANDERS
Founder & Executive Director of LIT!
As founder and executive director of LIT! Ms. Sanders has brought to life her strong interest in helping young ladies discover and embrace their own unique feminine personalities. Ms. Sanders credits her mother as a mentor and friend who has encouraged her to continue these pursuits. She is a graduate of The Barbizon School of Modeling and Acting; a school which prepped young girls in modeling, self-development and leveraging connections. She received her Etiquette Trainer Certification from The Etiquette Institute in St. Louis.
In her own right, Ms. Sanders is a successful woman, owning several businesses and working diligently within her community. She is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in nonprofits. She has served the Las Vegas Community for over 20 years in management roles for Intermountain West Communications Company. She is presently the Director of Finance and Administration for The Rogers Foundation, whose mission is “transforming lives art and education”. LIT! is an extension of her commitment to this mission.
ARELIS LOGAN
Co-Instructor
Arelis Logan, an instructor with LIT! believes, social etiquette and manners are not mere words but a way of life. Ms. Logan was born and raised in Las Vegas where the importance of social graces were instilled upon her at a very young age. She is a graduate of The University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Marketing.
She is passionate about educating young women in the art of etiquette. Her mission is to ensure that young ladies are given the tools to needed to succeed.

ELIGIBILTY
Applicants must reside in Las Vegas.
Applicants must attend school in Clark Country (home school is recognized).
Applicants must be between the ages of 13-18 years old.
REQUIREMENTS
If accepted, student must attend at least 5 of the 6 classes.
Two absences will result in dismissal from the class.
Students must be properly dressed for class. School style attire is acceptable. No skimpy or revealing clothing allowed.
Students are expected to behave in a manner benefitting a young lady in and out of class. Disruptive behavior to the class will not be tolerated.
